AT VERY LEAST achieve "maintenance" stats ---> 30 minute exercise, below maintenance calories (1600 on inactive day, 1800 w/ 30 min activity). I am experiencing a life crisis and some days my schedule and planning goes haywire so I am going to not beat myself up. Body For Life For Women has an 80% rule. If you are doing it 80% of the time you are succeeding and if you can't keep that up atleast do maintenance mode.
I have been trying to get part of my workout done before breakfast every day. I need to try harder! I want to work up to a full 30 minutes before breakfast.
