Week 16 Weigh-in

Week 14 Weigh-in

Last Sunday's weight: 191.0 lbs (-1.6 lbs)

Today's weight: 189.4 lbs (-1.6 lbs)

Exercise completed this week: 255 min

This week's goals:

AT VERY LEAST achieve "maintenance" stats ---> 30 minute exercise, below maintenance calories (1600 on inactive day, 1800 w/ 30 min activity). I am experiencing a life crisis and some days my schedule and planning goes haywire so I am going to not beat myself up. Body For Life For Women has an 80% rule. If you are doing it 80% of the time you are succeeding and if you can't keep that up atleast do maintenance mode.
